Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Course

The British Academy for Training and Development offers a comprehensive and practical training opportunity through the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) Course. This course enables the strong foundation to become agile and lean practices lead by few skills about conducting agile teams with confidence. Disciplined Agile Scrum Master Course covers scrum master related words and a broad area that is necessary for understanding agile for Learners concerning Team Leadership. Attendees learn the Disciplined Agile (DA)-mindset, where principles are good as choice, pragmatism, context counts, and flow optimising. This would also deal with the Agility and Lean principles along with understanding all concepts creating the basis of modern agile methods.  For example, part of the course focuses on Disciplined Agile Lifecycles: Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery: Agile, Continuous Delivery: Lean, Exploratory, and Program lifecycles. Attendees understand how to employ the most appropriate lifecycle for different project needs. This would also involve the team's roles and responsibilities in such a disciplined agile environment, explaining for what and whom these roles exist: Team Lead, Product Owner, Architecture Owner, and stakeholders.  The course also teaches applying the Choose Your WoW (Way of Working) to aid a team in selecting their best ways of working regarding the uniqueness of their own situation. This encourages adapting practices to context, not rigid adherence to methods.
