Agile Project Management (Agile PM) Practitioner Course
The British Academy for Training and Development offers an in-depth and practical learning experience through the Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Practitioner Course. The purpose of this course is to create professionals who will be able to deliver projects effectively and efficiently using Agile methodologies. It focuses on instilling in the learners a thorough understanding of Agile principles, the project lifecycle, and delivery frameworks specially tailored for complex project environments. The process of learning will involve looking at the AgilePM framework, which manages to balance between the sometimes difficult constraints of governance while providing the degrees of freedom, flexibility, and agility decisions for which Agile was created to support. This knowledge will allow attendees to manage an Agile project through some of its key concepts such as MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing, and iterative steps in development. The course covers Agile roles and responsibilities including, for example, the Agile Project Manager, Business Ambassador, and Solution Developer, with a view towards clarifying stakeholder engagement and team interaction. Learned these core principles, attendees will understand facilitation techniques and workshop strategies and communication flows to engage stakeholders and keep them in agreement throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to that, we will also guide you through risk management, associated controls, and quality related topics in this Agile domain. At the end of the course, attendees will understand how to apply Agile PM processes, articulate and manage changes to requirements; and take on Agile leadership roles, thereby working with an Agile team to successfully deliver their project.
