Training Course in Conflict Management

A successful work environment is one in which any conflict between employees or departments is managed, which leads to a reduction in the level of hostility. The impact of conflicts on the work environment is not one that can be ignored. Continuing conflicts at work negatively affect the relationship between employees and their relationship with management, as well as job satisfaction and the quality of work in general. Therefore, managing conflicts in the work environment is one of the priorities of wise management. If conflicts are not managed well, they may escalate and lead to negative results, but if they are managed effectively, they can lead to good and beneficial results. For this reason, learning conflict management is a condition for creating a productive organizational environment.  This course aims to develop the participants' creative skills in conflict management and improve their technical and creative abilities in devising solutions to mitigate conflicts and confront conflicts at work.
