The formulation of legal contracts is not limited to the formal & legal aspects of controlling terms and conditions, auditing expressions, observation of linguistic aspects, and classification of provisions, ensuring contract accuracy and proper wording. Since legal drafting means working to review the terms of the contract, including all prior actions and procedures, in order to ascertain conformity with the provisions of the law, and then making sure that the relevant contract is free from any violations whatsoever to the enforceable laws, that may be limit the conclusion of its articles, or that may affect the implementation of this contract. Legal Affairs Department is very important for all legal persons, whether governmental or private, in order to identify each and every legal problems in the workplace, and also to control any violations, misconducts, or irregularities on a daily basis, and to consider and conclude contracts and projects with other parties to be implemented in an ideal manner. Legal Affairs Officer investigates minor violations by employees and presents papers that need to be reviewed by the Legal Affairs Section, in order to reduce violations and defects committed by employees, and when the officer finds that the incident being investigated constitutes a Disciplinary Offense or even a Criminal Offense, he/ she shall immediately refer the relevant violation(s) to the higher authority, either for referral to the Public Prosecution or to the Administrative Prosecution.
